Our Story

Good Honest is a wholesale bakery built on traditional artisan methods, made to scale. We’ve spent over 10 years crafting quality baked goods for cafés, hospitality venues, and food service partners across the country.

We supply freshly baked products to our local Christchurch customers with reliable deliveries six days a week, alongside a frozen range distributed nationwide through food service partners. Whether fresh or frozen, every product reflects our commitment to consistency, quality, and honest baking.

Honest Ingredients, Better Taste

We use real ingredients, including New Zealand butter, because better inputs create baked goods that taste richer, fresher, and genuinely homemade.

Artisan Quality You Can Rely On

Every product is made using traditional baking methods by skilled bakers, delivering the look, texture, and flavour people expect from artisan baking, with the consistency they come back for.

Made With Care, Not Compromise

We never cut costs by using cheap substitutes or shortcuts, because quality baking should feel good to eat and good to serve.

The Good Honest Difference

At the heart of Good Honest is a skilled team of bakers who genuinely care about what they create. Our products are made using traditional artisan methods and real ingredients, including New Zealand butter - never margarine.

We believe that good baking starts with doing things properly. The result is baked goods that look and taste homemade, with the consistency and reliability required at scale.

Meet The Team

From our admin and sales team to our skilled bakers and delivery drivers, every person at Good Honest plays a part in crafting and delivering premium artisan baking every day.
