We use real ingredients, with easy to understand names because we believe that's what gets the best result for our customers.
Doing this requires having incredible suppliers to provide us the best raw ingredients to craft our perfectly imperfect goods. You have to put the best in to get the best out so there’s only room for quality, real ingredients in our kitchen, like pure New Zealand butter, all wheat flours, eggs and milk. We care about quality as much as you do and the result is baking that is honestly, so good!
Over time we have developed strong relationships with our key suppliers such as Farmers Mill. Each year we walk their fields to see how crops are developing. Every grain is being produced with care to guarantee the highest quality. Their flours are 100% grown and 100% milled in South Canterbury. As the only independent grower-owned and operated flour producer in the country, Farmers Mill are able to guarantee top quality, with 100% New Zealand grown wheat.
